Solarman Logger visible but batteries not visible
Rootcause: There is interference at the customer site, likely from the inverter, preventing data upload. Currently, only the logger is online, not the battery. This interference disrupts communication between the battery management system (BMS) and the WiFi board in the controller, as data is sent via wire harnesses in high and low levels. The inverter's interference is pulling the signal level down, which is why battery data is not visible in Solarman
This is a design flaw in the WiFi board. We have optimized on new
products such as Force H3.
Solution:
Disconnect the communication cable between inverter and battery. Restart the
battery system if necessary.
Remarks: For slave battery
systems, it is normal that only the logger of the slave is visible, the battery
information of slave is invisible.

Disconnect the communication cable between master and slave system. Restart the
battery systems if necessary.”
